This week, I made beef stew on Wednesday, which was enough for leftovers on Thursday. Sticking with our usual routine to grab takeout on Friday, and cook on Saturday and Sunday, you'll see our 80-20 eating plan reflected in this week's menu. You can always rotate meal ideas to fit your schedule! The Cobb Salad is a staple and go-to when I don't feel like cooking, especially in the summer when we have a bountiful harvest in our home garden!
